Terms and Conditions
Acceptance: Confirmation of a booking and payment indicates to us that you accept these booking terms and conditions.
Availability of Skydive Dates & Time Slots: All skydive dates and times are subject to availability. Always check availability and days of operation either online or with our booking team, prior to booking confirmation.
Timing: All bookings are given a check-in time only. Please note this is not a jump time. A late arrival may result in delays to your jump time. We always strive to complete your skydive within 2 hours of your arrival but due to factors beyond our control this is not always possible. Safety is our priority and factors such as wind, rain, cloud and turbulence and other factors such as air traffic can affect the time it takes for us to complete your skydive. We advise you to arrive with no time constraints and plan for this to be at least a half day’s activity.
Age: The minimum age is 18, anyone under 18 years will require parental consent. Child Policy: There is no age limit, however, children under 18 years of age require parental consent and their jump is subject to the Instructors Safety Assessment. There is also a minimum weight of 50kg.
Fiji Islands Parachuting Association (FIPA) Membership Fees: The parachutist will pay on demand the prescribed or stated fees for the Service. Such fees may be notified to the parachutist verbally or by letter or memorandum or by notice displayed in the Providers’ premises or premises occupied by the providers.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation notice must be received in writing by email. A cancellation by phone must be followed in writing
- Cancellation 72hours and more will see Skydive Fiji offer a full refund
- Cancellation within 48hours, 50% of the booking will be charged
- Cancellation within 24hours or no shows, 100% of the jump booked will be charged
Should Tandem Skydive (Fiji) Pte Limited cancel the jump, the Operator must reschedule or provide a refund. Should the jump cancel through no fault of the customer, it is expected that Tandem Skydive (Fiji) Pte Limited will provide a full refund and it is under the understanding that the Wholesaler/Agent will also refund the customer.
Tandem Skydive (Fiji) Pte Limited reserves the right to reschedule due to circumstances outside our control such as weather and air traffic control restrictions.
For safety reasons Tandem Skydive (Fiji) Pte Limited may sometimes need to reschedule or cancel some guests due to size, weight, medical or fitness reasons. In such an event, we will offer an alternative helicopter tour of the same value
Payments: 50% deposit is required at the confirmation of the booking. For credit card payment, there is a surcharge of 3.5% credit card administration fee on ALL credit cards with the exception of Union Pay which is 3%. Debit cards are also accepted for payments (there are no surcharge on debit cards)

Personal Identification: Make sure that you and everyone in your group has a valid government-issued photo ID on arrival at the drop zone on the day of your skydive.
Weight Surcharges: Weight is an important consideration. It affects aircraft weight and balance, fuel allowances, climb rates and equipment maintenance. Every customer will be weighed at check- in. Minimum weight is 50kg and maximum weight is 115kg. There is a surcharge for guests over 95kg as follows:
- 95kg- 105kg: FJD$70.00
- 106kg- 115kg: FJD$135.00
Changes to a Confirmed Skydive: To ensure the highest standards are maintained, we reserve the right to reschedule or alter a skydive without notice. Whilst rare, these changes may include aircraft type, jump time, group size, altitude reached and jump location. These changes do not constitute a claim for refund. We always endeavour to deliver the highest altitude we can.
Personal Electronic Equipment: For the safety of all customers and in accordance with operation regulations, the use of all electronic devices, including personal camera and video equipment is not permitted on the aircraft or at any time during the jump.
Medical Conditions: Please consult your doctor about any medical conditions that could affect you safely completing a skydive. Please advise us prior to your jump of any medical conditions or other considerations that could affect your safety.
Alcohol and Drugs: No alcohol, ‘recreational’ drugs or medication that may affect your judgement are to be taken within 8 hours prior to your check in.
Restrictions for Scuba Diving: Due to medical restrictions, you must not scuba dive within 12 hours of your scheduled skydive check in time. You should not skydive within 24h of a single no-decompression dive or 48h after multiple dives or decompression dives.
Copyright Photos and Videos: Videos and photographs purchased through Skydive Fiji remain the copyright of Skydive Fiji. We own and retain the right to the footage and photographs. Such footage may be used by Skydive Fiji for marketing purposes and reproduction of videos sold and may only be used or reproduced by the purchaser or recipient for private or domestic purposes and must not be used for any commercial purpose, including promotion of any supplier or any supplier’s products or services without Skydive Fiji’s prior permission. Should you not want any of your footage or photographs uploaded to Skydive Fiji’s social media platforms, or used in company marketing, please advise our staff prior to your jump.
